What This Means for You
The standard attorney fee for full green card processing at Botelho Law Group PLLC is $4,500. With your Confidence Credit applied, most students pay $3,005 for full legal representation.
What Your Credit Does Not Cover
Your Confidence Credit applies to full green card processing only. It cannot be applied toward:
β A la carte legal services of any kind
β Immigration waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212) β see waiver section below
β Consultations only
β Document review only
β Appeals or motions
β Any standalone legal service that is not full green card processing
Important: The credit cannot be transferred to any other law firm. It is valid exclusively at Botelho Law Group PLLC.
A Note on Immigration Waivers
Most students will not need an immigration waiver. However, some cases involve special circumstances β such as prior unlawful entry, a prior deportation, or certain criminal matters β that require a separate waiver application in addition to the standard green card process.
If your case requires a waiver:
Immigration waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212) are complex, specialized legal filings that require significant additional attorney time and expertise beyond standard green card processing. Waivers are separate legal services billed independently by Botelho Law Group PLLC and are not covered by the Confidence Credit Guarantee.
How the credit works when waivers are involved:

βΆAny required waiver is billed separately at the law firm's then-current waiver fee (typically $3,000β$6,000 per waiver β Botelho Law Group PLLC will provide a firm written quote at the time of your consultation)

Who Is Eligible
You qualify for the Confidence Credit Guarantee if:

βΆYour account is in good standing with respect to any applicable payment plan obligations
There are no restrictions based on:
βΆHow much of the course you completed
βΆWhether you ever logged in or started the course
βΆYour reason for wanting attorney help
βΆThe complexity of your immigration case
You do not qualify if you are requesting:
β A standalone waiver service only (without full green card processing)
β A consultation only
β Document review only
β An appeal or motion only
β Any a la carte service without full green card processing
Payment Plan and Guarantee
If you enrolled using a payment plan and request the Confidence Credit before completing all payments, the following options are available:

Important β Option A:
If you select Option A, your course payment plan installments will continue on their original schedule while you simultaneously engage Botelho Law Group PLLC for legal services. Your course payment plan and your legal services invoice are separate obligations billed independently. Botelho Law Group PLLC will typically require full payment plan completion or payoff before the credit is applied to your legal services invoice.
What Happens to Your Course Access
You Keep It. All of It.
When you exercise the Confidence Credit Guarantee, you retain full access to all course materials for the remainder of your three (3) year access period. Many students find it helpful to continue referencing the course while their attorney handles their case β it helps you understand what is happening at every step.
There is no penalty for using the guarantee. It is a feature of this course, not a failure.
Common Questions
Can I get a cash refund instead of the credit?
No. All course sales are final. The Confidence Credit Guarantee provides a credit toward full green card processing services at Botelho Law Group PLLC. It is not a cash refund and has no cash value.
What if I am past the 12-month window?
The guarantee expires 12 months from your enrollment date. Requests submitted after this date cannot be honored. You will, however, retain full access to your course materials for the remainder of your three-year access period.
Can I use the credit at a different law firm?
No. The credit applies exclusively to services at Botelho Law Group PLLC.
Can I use the credit just for a waiver?
No. The credit only applies to full green card processing services. If you only need waiver help, the waiver would be billed at the full price with no credit applied. However, if you hire Botelho Law Group PLLC for full green card processing and your case also requires a waiver, the credit applies to the processing portion and the waiver is billed separately.
Does the 12-month period start from my purchase date or my first login?
From your purchase/enrollment date β regardless of whether you have ever logged in or accessed the course.
What if I never started the course?
No problem. There is no requirement to access or complete any portion of the course to be eligible for the guarantee. If you enrolled and decided within 12 months that you would rather have an attorney handle everything, the credit is yours.
Will I lose course access if I use the guarantee?
No. You keep full access to all course materials for your entire three-year access period.
