4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@immigration-courses.com.
4.3 No Credential Sharing
You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account login credentials or providing access to course materials to any third party. Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. Any sharing of login credentials constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.
4.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any products or services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to the Company, other users, or third parties.
5. Course Access and Duration
5.1 Access Period
Upon purchase of any course, you will be granted access to course materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase ("Access Period"), subject to these Terms and continued compliance with all applicable policies.
5.2 No Permanent Ownership
The purchase of a course does not grant you any permanent ownership of the course materials. Access is provided as a limited license as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
5.3 Expiration of Access
Upon expiration of the three (3) year Access Period, your access to course materials will terminate automatically. We are under no obligation to extend the Access Period or to notify you of its impending expiration.
5.4 No Guarantee of Continued Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or course content at any time. While we will make reasonable efforts to maintain course availability, we do not guarantee that all content will remain available for the full duration of the Access Period.
5.5 Course-Specific Terms
Individual courses may be subject to additional terms and conditions beyond those set forth in these general Terms. Any course-specific terms will be made available to you at the point of purchase and linked directly from the applicable checkout page. You are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms prior to completing any purchase.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
All prices for products and services offered on this Website are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
6.2 Primary Payment Processor
Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments, the integrated payment system of our course platform, Kajabi. Kajabi Payments is powered by Stripe on the backend and operates in accordance with Stripe's payment infrastructure and security standards. By completing a purchase, your transaction is subject to both Kajabi's Terms of Service and Stripe's Terms of Service. Botelho Financial Group LLC does not store payment card information directly.
6.3 Payment Options
The following payment options may be available at checkout depending on the course or product:
(a) Pay in Full
You may pay the full purchase price at the time of checkout via Kajabi Payments using a debit card, credit card, or any other accepted payment method.
(b) Payment Plans
We offer the following installment payment plan options for eligible courses:
3-Month Payment Plan: The total course price is divided into three (3) equal monthly installments. The first installment is charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent installments are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month until paid in full.
6-Month Payment Plan: The total course price is divided into six (6) equal monthly installments. The first installment is charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent installments are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month until paid in full.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Botelho Financial Group LLC and/or Kajabi Payments to charge your selected payment method for each scheduled installment on its due date. Payment plan totals may differ slightly from the one-time payment price due to installment processing. The total amount owed under your selected payment plan will be disclosed to you at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
(c) Buy Now, Pay Later — Third-Party Financing
For pay-in-full purchases, we may offer financing options at checkout through third-party providers Afterpay and Klarna. These services allow you to split your purchase into installment payments according to their respective terms.
Important:
When you select Afterpay or Klarna at checkout, Botelho Financial Group LLC receives payment in full at the time of your purchase. Your installment payment obligation is solely between you and the applicable third-party financing provider. Botelho Financial Group LLC has no involvement in, and bears no responsibility for, your financing arrangement, repayment schedule, fees, interest, or any dispute with Afterpay or Klarna.
6.4 Authorization
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you authorize all applicable charges in connection with your selected payment option.
6.5 Failed or Missed Payments
(a) Payment Plans: If any scheduled installment payment fails or is declined, your access to course materials may be suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully collected. If a failed payment is not resolved within ten (10) calendar days of the original failed charge date, Botelho Financial Group LLC reserves the right to permanently terminate your course access and refer the outstanding balance to collections. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a failed payment via the email address on file.
(b) Third-Party Financing: If you fail to meet your repayment obligations to Afterpay or Klarna, your dispute is solely with that financing provider. Botelho Financial Group LLC has already received payment in full and your access to course materials will not be affected by any dispute or default with a third-party financing provider, provided your account is otherwise in good standing.
6.6 No Refunds on Payment Plans
Payment plans are subject to the same no-refund policy described in Section 8. Enrolling in a payment plan does not create any right to cancel or receive a refund for amounts already paid or amounts remaining due. You remain obligated to pay all installments in full regardless of your use of, satisfaction with, or completion of the course.

Failure to pay scheduled installments may result in suspension or termination of your course access and may be referred to collections.
8.3 Technical Issues

We will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve the issue and restore your access. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that can be reasonably resolved.
8.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, payment processor, or third-party financing provider in circumstances that do not constitute unauthorized use of your payment method, billing errors, or other grounds recognized as legitimate disputes under applicable consumer protection law is considered a breach of these Terms. Nothing in this section is intended to restrict your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to dispute any such chargeback and to terminate your access to all course materials and services upon the initiation of an improper chargeback.
